You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Refund

  • Once you receive the RMA number, pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team, including your RMA number on the package.
